Really insightful on the parallelization angle. The single agent babysitting problem is spot on, it's this weird limbo where you're not coding but not free either. The breakdown of how existing dev processes assume code is expensive is eye-opening. Stuff like avoiding merge conflicts or mandatory code reviews made sense in teh old world but now they're just throttling throughput. Seen similiar resistance in orgs where people built entire identities around being 'good at X' and now X is automated.
