Surprised at no mentioned of Ibn Khaldun (boosting happiness multipliers)
Noting that I haven't played civ 6 in a bit, I never really was able to use ibn khaldun that effectively. He felt like a 'win more' great person, rather than a great person I would ever really need to rush for
