I'm curious: are y'all using or seeing any kind of tool to automatically take meeting recordings/transcripts (either from in-person meetings or on calls), extract action items from them, and propose turning them into tickets? Seems like that would remove some friction here, I'm curious if this is already built-in with stuff like Granola, Fireflies, etc.
Afaik it's not built into those tools, but we do have that built into our internal nori bot (there's a cron job that runs every hour that checks to see if there are new Google meet transcripts for the bot, if so it reads through them and assigns itself relevant work)
We've half heartedly looked into making this an easier default thing, eg by making it a webhook triggered event and making it so that it automatically gets the transcripts without any additional effort.
(If that's something you'd like on your orgs bots we can look into that more, it wasn't as critical for our top of funnel)

Nah not a feature request, just curious since it seems like a good way to increase velocity for certain teams
